'Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance' review - The worst Nicolas Cage movie yet

Nicolas Cage was great as a comedic take on Batman in Kick-Ass, but he’s still an odd choice for any superhero role. Ghost Rider is no exception. The first Ghost Rider, directed by the man behind Daredevil, was widely panned by critics and audiences. Five years later, we’re back again with Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. Again we have Cage at the helm as Johnny Blaze, this time with the duo of Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor directing. If you thought the first Ghost Rider was bad, it only gets worse from here.

Video: Peter Jackson and Steven Spielberg discuss their collaboration on 'The Adventures of Tintin'

One of the most exciting and unique movies coming out this year is The Adventures of Tintin. A joint collaboration between Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson, the film recreates the classic comic series, which has sold 350 copies worldwide, using the same motion capture technology that was used to create Gollum in Lord of the Rings and that big gorilla in King Kong. We knew that Spielberg was director and Jackson producer, but it looks like the collaboration goes even deeper. THR interviewed the duo and it appears like they collaborated on set every day.

The Adventures of Tintin is set for a Dec. 21, 2011 release. You can find a really good trailer here

The official Marvel Avengers trailer finally debuts

Its finally here! This morning, the official trailer for Joss Whedon's highly-anticipated Avengers was released online.

Hold on to your hats ladies and gentlemen, because Loki is gonna tear your shit up. Too bad we have to wait until May 2012 to find out how it ends! (I'm going to hazard a guess: the good guys win, and Tony Stark sasses everyone along the way.)

Dylan Dog: Dead of Night trailer is horrible; Brandon Routh can't act

Brandon Routh seems like a really nice guy in interviews, but he's lifeless as hell when you put him in front of a camera. He looks good, but the Ken doll in Toy Story 3 was capable of more emotion. He certainly looked enough like Christopher Reeves to play the Man of Steel, but hasn't nabbed a significant role in the four years since Superman Returns hit theaters. Judging by the first trailer for Dylan Dog: Dead of Night, it's not hard to see why.

New Scott Pilgrim featurette begins to explain Pilgrim's world

Love changes the way you look at the world, we learn in Edgar Wright's Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, which has Michael Cera physically experiencing and defeating what we all face with every new relationship. This new featurette gives a good introduction into his world, which is based on a comic book series full of what I'm hearing is called "pop art." Apparently Scott's world starts out very normal, but once he meets Ramona Flowers--the girl of his dreams--his perception changes. Things become more exaggerated and literal. Check out the video below, which contains some clips from recent trailers.
