Fox gains rights to vampire hunter flick about Abe Lincoln

Yes, it is as awesome as it sounds!

Twentieth Century Fox has beaten out Summit (the people responsible for the Twilight Saga!), among others, for the film rights of Seth Grahame-Smith's novel, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.  The movie will chronicle - you guessed it - Abraham Lincoln's adventurous pursuit of revenge on the undead bloodsuckers that were responsible for his mother's death.

Intense trailer: Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan

Since the end of That 70s Show, she's been trying many different roles, from Forgetting Sarah Marshall to Extract to The Book of Eli. This looks to be another great choice. Watch the trailer below. I can't wait for this movie!

Natalie Portman joins the cast of Thor

Marvel Studios has finished casting its upcoming superhero film, Thor. Natalie Portman will join the cast as Thor’s “first love” Jane Foster, a nurse. Chris Hemsworth is set to play Thor, and Tom Hiddleston will play the villain Loki. Kenneth Branagh will direct. He may be best known, as a director, for remakes of Hamlet and Frankenstein in the 1990s.

There are still no details on the plot of Thor, which, alongside Iron Man 2 and Captain America, will be a sort of prequel to the upcoming Avengers movie. Marvel details the plot as follows.
